New Hours and Zoning
Dear customers, regulars, and neighbors,
Due to ongoing zoning challenges, we currently can’t have more than 6 seats at Montgomery Court because we're located in a residentially zoned neighborhood. We’re actively working on a solution and hope to have this fixed by December. We’ll provide a link soon where you can write to the zoning folks in support of changing this to a commercially zoned space.
Until then, we’re allowed to provide additional standing tables—as ridiculous as it sounds, nothing in the zoning codes says we can’t. The city has been supportive, but this situation is hindering our business, and we’re working to get it fixed as soon as possible. For some odd reason, we’re also allowed to have outdoor seating.
